  • Prepare the annual overall audit plan and implement the audit plan according to the risk assessment, and inspect the design completeness and implementation effectiveness of the internal control system to ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures, as well as government laws and regulations.
  • Verify the self-assessment reports of various departments and subsidiaries that are served as the basis for the board of directors and general manager to assess the effectiveness of the overall internal control system, issue the Statement of Internal Control, and complete the relevant reporting procedures.
  • Be responsible for the tasks such as auditing and inspecting the implementation of internal control system performed by all units (including subsidiaries), putting forward improvement suggestions, as well as tracking and rechecking the nonconformities.
