Active engagement in education and training is realized through formulating the “Management Measures of Education and Training”, according to which the competencies of employees in the organizational system are improved, their self-development desires stimulated, and talents cultivated. The content of education and training includes orientation for new employees and professional training for general employees, through which the quality of employees and the ability to solve problems are improved. It is hoped that employees’ career planning is in line with the company's objectives, whereby their potentials are fully developed, the company's productivity and competitiveness created, and the goal of the company’s sustainable operation achieved.
   
The expected performance objectives to be achieved are:
Enhance the concept of integrated development of new products, strengthen the ability of new product development and management of R & D department, control the R & D cost of products, and make new products competitive in the market.
Make full use of information technology to improve inter-departmental execution efficiency.
Strengthen the marketing and performance management ability of the company's salespeople by changing the original "Technology Driven" marketing way to the "Customer Driven" one, so that the number of customer complaints can be reduced.
Hold regular and irregular internal sharing courses to allow employees to learn new ideas and new affairs at all times, grow together with the enterprise and accumulate technical experience, whereby the rate of customer complaints is significantly reduced, effective to boost company's image and operation.
Despite the company’s economic scale not large enough, the company is willing to use its limited resources to invest in employee training, labor management relations and employees welfare.
The grassroots supervisors and employees can master and understand the tasks and objectives dispatched by the organization after completing professional education and training.
The concept of “OJT” is implemented by adopting the rotary learning method for technicians.
Flexible working hours are devised to support employees' further study, whereby not only their professional skills are strengthened, but also their intellectual capitals accumulated.
Courses such as industrial safety and firefighting drills are held regularly to prevent occupational accidents, as well as ensure the safety and health of employees.
