“Work Rules” are formulated in accordance with the Labor Standards Act and relevant laws and regulations. In order to coordinate labor management relations, labor-management consultation meeting are held regularly or irregularly in accordance with the “Regulations for Implementing Labor-Management Meeting.” Employees can propose their questions for discussion at the meetings, and the meeting minutes will be published on the company's internal website. There has been no significant labor dispute occurred up to now.
No employee or candidate shall be discriminated against due to race, religion, color, nationality, age, gender, disability or other factors irrelevant to ICP DAS’s legitimate business interests.
Measures for preventing and punishing sexual harassment in the workplace are formulated to protect the rights and privacy of the parties, and a dedicated contact channel for timely handing sexual harassment complaint by designated persons is also provided. There has been no sexual harassment complaint filed by any employee up to now.
