A year-end banquet party is held, and year-end bonus and three festival bonuses are paid.

The Committee of Employees' Welfare plans and implements various welfare measures for employees to improve their living quality at work, and promote their physical and mental health. In addition, various welfare benefits for the items such as birthday gift, Labor Day gift, wedding and funeral, childbirth, dinner party, employees’ domestic and foreign tours and club activities, as well as special preferential treatment of special contract shops are offered.
Club activities for employees are organized to provide physical and mental relaxation after work.
The company values a balance between the work and family life of employees by implementing five-day work weeks without overtime work, and providing all kinds of leave including statutory leave and compensatory leave stipulated in the Labor Standards Act, flexible working hours, pregnancy checkup, bed rest leave, paternity leave, maternity leave, parental leave without payment, menstruation leave and family care leave.
The company improves the health awareness of employees and reduces the health risks of employees by implementing regular health examination of employees, advocating new health knowledge through the electronic bulletin board, and strengthening employees’ correct health concept.
Single staff dormitories and special contract kindergartens with child care preferential benefits are offered to take care of and support employees and their families.
A breastfeeding room is set up to encourage postpartum colleagues to breastfeed their babies.
