Regarding the composition of board of directors, the Company would take into account a balance of skills, experience and diversity fitting he company's business, which covers the factors such as gender, age, nationality, professional background, professional skills and industry experience. Adequate candidates are looked for to be as directors and supervisors, so that the members of the board of directors are diversified, and professional advice are given from different perspectives, which is helpful to improve the company's business performance and management.
