The company has promulgated its own “Codes of Ethical Conduct” and “Procedures for Ethical Management and Guidelines for Conduct” on April 27, 2016 in order to prevent conflict of interest policies and provide an appropriate reporting channel.

Implementation situation
  • Advocacy and education training have been conducted on the company's internal website. As of September 2023, 30 tests have been completed and passed, with a cumulative total of 611 tests.
  • No complaint cases in 2023.
  • Up to now, no internal or external appeals have been made.

To process the revision, implementation, interpretation, advisory service and registration of notification content and the creation of files of this operating instruction and Code of Conduct, and monitor the implementation. Primary responsibility lies with the following matters, which should be reported to the Board on a regular basis. (At least once a year):
I. Help integrates integrity and moral values into the company's business strategy and work with laws and regulations to formulate relevant anti-fraud policies to ensure integrity in business.
II. Regularly analyze and assess the risks of dishonest behavior in the business and formulate plans to prevent dishonest behavior and formulate standard operating procedures and behavioral guidelines related to work and business within each plan.
III. Plan internal organization, set up and accountability and establish mutual monitoring and control mechanism for business activities with higher risk of dishonest behavior within the business unit.
IV. Promote and coordinate honesty policies and training.
V. Plan for the whistleblower policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness of implementation.
VI. Assist the Board and management in reviewing and evaluating whether preventive measures established in the implementation of integrity management are working effectively and regularly assess and track relevant business processes and prepare reports.
VII. Properly maintaining relevant documented information, such as the integrity management policy and its declaration of conformity, implementation of commitments and implementation status.
