Introduction:
The PEX-CPM100 is a PCI Express communication board for CANopen master, featuring a built-in independent CANopen firmware CPU. The independent CPU accelerates the processing of a large number of CANopen network packets, enabling real-time data acquisition from all CANopen I/O slaves and responding by sending output commands to the I/O slaves in real time, achieving the requirements of real-time monitoring. The independent CPU architecture simplifies development complexity and shortens development time. The data processed by the CPU is transferred to the PC via DPRAM through the PCI Express bus. This reduces system load significantly while providing higher performance control. This make it ideal for real-time CANopen applications, and can be widely used in factory automation, building automation and automation equipment, enabling the quick establishment of CANopen control systems.
PEX-CPM100 supports CANopen motion control library that follows the CiA 402 specification, supporting various motion controls such as position control, velocity control, torque control, etc. Through the CANopen motion control library, PEX-CPM100 can quickly control multi-axis motors, helping users easily establish a motion control system.
