Introduction
The I-9720 is a Modbus RTU/ASCII slave-to-HART master gateway with two HART communication ports. It allows 9K series PAC running Windows, WinCE, or Linux to easily retrieve HART device data via a Modbus master. The module provides adjustable HART loop power (27VDC) and a built-in loop resistor (250 ohm, 2W), significantly simplifying HART network wiring. With the free HG_Tool utility, users can easily configure module settings and quickly access data from HART devices.
