The USB-2000 series provided by ICP DAS is a new I/O module solution for USB interface. The USB-2000 series is equipped with many features like plug-and-play and power the module via cable. Users can achieve own application easier and quicker via USB-2000 series.
In this product highlight, ICP DAS introduces many kinds of I/O modules for digital input, digital output and power relay output. Thus, the USB-2000 series provides perfect integration with HMI, SCADA, PLC and other industrial control software systems.
The digital input of the USB-2000 series module not only provides digital signal measurement but also has digital filter and counter functions. For the digital output modules, they can control the digital output, and they also have power-on and safety value to increase control capability. The relay output modules can be used under the maximum 240VAC or 30VDC. The maximum contact rating of the relay modules is 5A, this feature fulfills the most common control requirement , such as lighting, fan, alarm…etc.
Moreover, through ICP DAS USB I/O utility, users can configure and test USB-2000 series quickly and easily without programming. ICP DAS also provides friendly API library for users to develop their own applications. The application fields can be building automation, factory automation, machine automation, data acquisition and control, environment control & monitoring, and laboratory equipment & research, etc.

USB-2045
The USB-2045 module provides 16 sink-type Digital Output channels. In some industrial applications, the Digital Output channels can be connected to the RM series relay module to switch inductive loads.

USB-2051
The USB-2051 module provides 16 wet contact Digital Input channels, each of which is isolated and can be used as a 16-bit counter. In addition, either sink- or source-type input can be selected via the wire connection.

USB-2055
The USB-2055 provides 8 sink-type Digital Output and 8 wet/dry contact Digital Input channels. The Digital Output channels can be connected to the RM series relay module to switch inductive loads. The USB-2060 provides 6 Form A Power Relay and 6 wet/dry contact Digital Input channels. The Power Relay channels can be used under 250VAC or 30VDC, the maximum contact rating of each channel is 5A. Each of the Digital Input channels is isolated and can be used as a 16-bit counter. In addition, either sink- or source-type input can be selected via the wire connection.
