In recent years, in the trend of rapid growing in intelligent factory, automatic, unmanned, and intelligent equipment would be the main trend in the future. The vibration detection of equipment could prevent the loss caused by the damage of equipment. The factory manager could perform maintenance and repair before the equipment being out of order due to lacking of maintenance in time. And it prevent large scale malfunction of the equipment which may by decrease the production efficiency.
IEPE acceleration sensor in current market is often used in detection of vibration signal in station bearing, and it usually needs to install extra driver module. In this way, the cost is increase and may cause uncertain results in measurement. In addition, the sampling range of acceleration recorder in current market usually could not meet the standard to detect certain range of vibration for station bearing. In order to solve the above problem and to achieve best performance, ICP DAS has developed Accelerometer Data Logger, AR-200/AR-400.
