The ICP DAS HMI software "Soft-GRAF Studio" releases the new version of V.1.07. It supports the new Data Logging and FTP-Upload functions, and provides demos about Data logging, FTP-upload and triggering the PAC to send short messages to mobile phones.

The main new function is the Data Logging HMI Object – “g_Logger1” that can record up to 20 data automatically in the ISaGRAF WinCE PAC by the sampling rate set by the designer. It creates one file in each day to record the specified data. The “g_Logger1” also supports to upload the data file automatically to a PC by FTP at a pre-configured hour (here PC is a FTP Server). Or PC may run FTP to connect the ISaGRAF WinCE PAC to download the data file (here PC is a FTP client).

The new version Soft-GRAF Studio also applies the FTP-Upload function to the “g_Alarm” HMI Object, so that the system can send Alarm files by FTP. The new functions help to achieve the important process about the data acquisition, information collection, event notification and emergency alarm sending for the monitor/control system.

We also provide some function-related example programs for the new Soft-GRAF Studio functions : The Demo08 example introduces the way to use the “g_Logger1” to apply the data logging function. (Refer to the ISaGRAF FAQ-158)

The Demo07 example applies the FTP-Upload function to the “g_Alarm” HMI Object. Besides displaying the Alarm message by “g_Alarm”, please also refer to the ISaGRAF FAQ-160 to learn the way to trigger the PAC to send a short message to mobile phones.
