ICP DAS releases the new version 1.04 of Soft-GRAF Studio HMI (Human Machine Interface) software. It is free to install in the PC/Windows for creating a colorful HMI interface in the ISaGRAF PAC. User can edit the HMI screen by the graphical drag and drop operation. The Soft-GRAF Studio received many customers attention and praise. ICP DAS will continue to develop new features and provide the best technology and service to customers!

1. Provide new HMI Objects for Trend Curve and Angular Gauge:
Add one object, g_Trend, for creating a real-time trend to display maximum 3 curves and may also to enable the historical trend function to record them. Maximum 100 g_Trend objects are available for XP-8xx7-CE6 PAC, however, maximum 30 g_Trend objects are available for WP-8xx7, WP-5xx7, VP-25W7/23W7 PACs. The trend curves can present tracks of data changes in time series, and can query history records up to one year. The new trend object is a great help for industrial or commercial applications.

Add one object, g_Gauge, for displaying a Long, Short Integer or a Real value as an angular gauge in the HMI screen. The pointer of angular gauge can real-time show the value displayed in max. 3 different colors for max. 3 sections. The value can also be converted for the most appropriate display. For this flexible feature, it is very suitable for HMI of the industrial, mechanical ... and other control systems.

2. Provide new demo program: Demo06 :
Besides of the demo programs Demo01 ~ Demo05, ICP DAS provides demo program Demo06 for the version 1.04. Through the new demo example (Demo06) and the new version Soft-GRAF user manual (FAQ146), user can learn how to create trend curves and angular gauges in a short time, how to download the project to PAC, and how to apply the new features in an application.

3. Simplify the Object type name and add examples for setting descriptions:
In Soft-GRAF Studio version 1.04, we simplify the name of HMI Object types to "Value", "Button" and "Graph", show the HMI Objects to these three tabs of the Object types, and add examples for some options which settings are complicated. So, users can select and use the HMI Objects in the Soft-GRAF Studio easier, quicker and more correct.
