Introduction

The Remote Maintenance series is designed to provide real-time online maintenance of remote equipment. Through the communication connection architecture between the server and the client, remote serial data exchange and real-time voice communication can be provided. Remote serial data exchange can be used by users and remote equipment to com port (RS-232 or WiFi) through Ethernet or WiFi RS-485) data transmission can achieve the control, maintenance and debugging of remote equipment. On the other hand, it can also use the voice interface provided by M2M-720-A or M-4132 to communicate with remote engineering maintenance personnel in two-way voice. In addition, the remote maintenance series also introduces the virtual COM technology to solve the problem of insufficient physical IP and physical serial port in the maintenance workstation network, and then provides the maintenance personnel of the equipment manufacturer with the task of remote maintenance whenever and wherever.
