Introduction:
Mini Automated Surface Observation Area:
The minimized gas/particulate pollution sensors are placed onto a circuit board to help monitoring the air quality metrics to identify the pollution sources.
Positive and Negative Pressure Ventilation System:
The active exhaust ventilation system creates pressure differentials between the internal and external zones. Utilizing the directional flow characteristics of air pressure differentials, it generates air disturbances, uniformly mixing and controlling air, ensuring precise measurement in every data point.
IP Protection Rating:
The system has an IP54 rating for the fan intake and output, which can withstand water ingress from a low angle during intense wind and rain. With RS-485 and Ethernet (PoE) waterproof connectors, ensuring stable operation of the equipment even in extreme environments.
Replaceable Filter Patch:
The inlet and outlet fan filters are designed to be replaceable. The 45ppi filter sponge prevents dust particles and cotton wool from entering the interior, thereby extending the life of the gas sensor chips. During routine maintenance, only replacing the filter patch, can significantly reduce the time and cost required for customer repair.
