MEMBERSHIP TERMS OF SERVICE

MEMBERSHIP RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS 
 

The Membership constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and ICP DAS CO., LTD. , doing business as ICP DAS (“we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website www.icpdas.com, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
 
Please read this privacy policy carefully as it will help you make informed decisions about sharing your personal information with us.


   
USER REGISTRATION
 
  • You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.

The rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of China.  In the event of any dispute or difference of opinion between the parties hereto arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, each of the parties shall use its best efforts to settle such dispute or difference of opinion amicably by negotiation.  All disputes, claims or proceedings between the parties relating to the validity, construction or performance of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hsin-Chu District Court of the Republic of China.
 
CORRECTIONS
 
There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.
 

USER DATA
 
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Site for the purpose of managing the performance of the Site, as well as data relating to your use of the Site. Although we perform regular routine backups of this data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit, or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Site. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

  • If a member decides to terminate his/her membership, the member has to directly inform the company via Email, or cancel their membership via the system provided by the company. 
 
  • Each member is under the obligation to inform the company of his/her intent to cancel their membership.  The member shall lose all rights provided by the Site from the date when his/her membership is terminated.  In any dispute, the date on which the company sends the notice of termination via Email shall prevail.
 
  • We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site
