Wireless Communication

Realizing the data acquisition, management and status monitoring by wireless network has become a promising approach in a vast range of industrial applications. Robust industrial wireless products supporting for ZigBee, Wi-Fi, 3G/4G/5G, Bluetooth, IR, LoRa,NB-IoT communication are offered.

3G/4G/5G Products

ICP DAS 3G/4G/5G wireless communication solution consists of intelligent 3G/4G/5G modem with universal interface, 3G/4G data server and 3G/4G PAC with embedded dynamic IP resolution technology. It can help users to save development time and quickly integrate 3G/4G/5G technology into their own application systems.

ZigBee

ZigBee is based on IEEE 802.15.4 standard, suitable for wireless communication in automatic control and distributed systems with long distances of 10 to 700 meters. It has the characteristics of simple use, strong anti-interference ability, low cost and high safety. It is often used in fields such as industrial control, environmental data collection, access control, building automation and smart homes.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi has become an important wireless communication technology due to its wide coverage, fast transmission speed, low cost, self-deployment, and ease of use. In order to allow data in industrial sites to be connected to Ethernet through Wi-Fi without being restricted by wiring conditions, ICP DAS has launched a variety of Wi-Fi products, including APs, converters, gateways and I/O modules.

iWSN

The iWSN series uses 433 MHz wireless signals, and the entire series includes wireless data concentrators and wireless signal sensing modules. Sensor measurement includes electricity (current, voltage...), leakage, temperature, vibration, gas...etc.
The power supply mode, in addition to the general DC power supply mode, can also be equipped with batteries, current transformers inductive charging, solar panels...etc. Through the flexible configuration, the entire iWSN network can greatly reduce the construction cost to collect 2000 ~ 3000 values.

RF

RF communication has the advantages of easy use, long transmission distance, low cost, strong anti-interference ability, etc., and supports point-to-point and one-to-many control. It can simply solve the problem of difficult wiring on site, and also simplify regular maintenance and troubleshooting.

LoRa

LoRa is a Low-Power Wide-Area Network (LPWAN) communication technology that offers advantages such as low power consumption, minimal bandwidth requirements, and long-range wireless data transmission over several kilometers. It is well-suited for large-scale, multi-node IoT deployments, including applications in smart energy and smart cities.

More

There are various types of wireless networks, each suited for different applications. IR enables quick data reception, GPS supports fleet and asset tracking, and NB-IoT is designed for resource-limited IoT devices. Selecting the right wireless technology ensures optimal efficiency and performance.
