Introduction
The M-2228CI is an 8-channel differential analog output module with channel-to-channel isolation protection. Each channel can be independently configured for its output range, including 0–5 V, 0–10 V, 4–20 mA, or 0–20 mA, with power-on and safe values configurable via software. Each 4–20 mA current output channel is equipped with open-wire detection.
For protection, the module meets the RF immunity level defined by IEC 61000-4-3, along with EMS (EFT/ESD/Surge) protection and 3000 VDC I/O isolation, ensuring strong noise immunity and reliable performance in demanding industrial environments.
