    Ethernet Expansion Unit
       The I-8KE4/I-8KE8 I/O expansion units are used to extend the number of I/O modules. Each expansion unit consists of a power supply and a backplane with 4/8 Ethernet I/O Expansion slots. The I/O expansion units, 87E4, 87E8 are equipped with a 10MbaseT RJ45 which links the expansion unit to the main control unit of WinCon-8000 series or other Ethernet based controller.
