7188XA/XB/XC and 8000 series SDK is updated (C Language)

Updated Content :
Modified and tested the demo programs, and added the detailed comment in each demo program. Moreover, arranged the new location of the files according to the differential function of demo programs, so that users can easily search for the files that they need. Also, we provide users with the latest version of library and MiniOS7 to develop their application programs more efficiently.
