Introduction

The iKAN series is a family of industrial LED message display devices designed to deliver high levels of anti-noise performance, reliability, and stability. These displays support both ASCII and Unicode characters, allowing messages to be shown in multiple languages.
 
The iKAN series supports the widely used Modbus industrial protocol, making it easy to integrate with existing PLC and SCADA systems. Data from a PC or PLC can be sent and displayed as formatted messages in real time. The displays support seven text colors, which can be used to represent different levels of message importance and greatly enhance readability in industrial environments.

Messages can be edited using a standard web browser, mobile device, or smartphone. This eliminates the need for any proprietary control software or tools.
 
With the ability to display real-time data, the iKAN series is well-suited for a wide range of indoor or semi-outdoor applications, including shopping malls, railway stations, and industrial facilities.
 

Applications

PLC HMI

The iKAN series display provides 128 message storage space and 168 variable space, which can display the real-time data of PLC in text messages. In addition, PLC Modbus commands give iKAN control to show or hide a message, or to send encoded strings to iKAN for display.

Indoor Air Quality Display

The iKAN device can be use to display indoor air quality indexes from ICP DAS DL sensor modules, including details of the CO, CO2, and PM2.5 levels, the temperature, and the humidity, without requiring any programming skills or knowledge.
