iAir Utility Introduction

iAir Utility is a practical software specifically designed to connect DL and CL series industrial sensor modules. It supports both Ethernet and RS-485 communication protocols, allowing users to monitor real-time air quality data and download historical measurement records.

Download and Installation Guide

This video will show you how to download and install the iAir Utility. First, go to your browser and enter the website: www.icpdas.com. Then, type "iAir Utility" in the search bar to quickly find the iAir Utility page. Before downloading, make sure to check the Support Module section to confirm that your module is supported. If your module isn't listed there, please contact service@icpdas.com for assistance.

IP Address Configuration

In this video, I'll show you how to set the IP address for your module. First, click the Device button, then click Search Ethernet Device. If a Windows Security popup appears asking about firewall settings, make sure to check both Private Network and Public Network, then click Allow access.

Logging Interval Setup

In this video, I'll show you how to set the log time interval for your module. First, click the Device button, then click Device Maintenance. From the list, choose the module you want to configure. Click the Set Device button to open the module's web interface. Enter the password and click Submit. The default password is admin.

Data Views

In this video, I'm going to show you data views in iAir Utility, including List View, Airboard View, and Trend View.

Alarm Configuration

In this video, I'll walk you through how to set up alarms and what happens when an alarm is triggered, including visual alerts and sound notifications.

Database Query

Most AirBoxes can store data logs. iAir Utility will automatically download these logs every day and save them to a database. In this video, I'm going to explain how to do a database query.
