Introduction
The I-7080(D) and I-7080B(D) provide 2 high-speed counter or frequency input channels and 2 digital output channels, supporting both isolated and non-isolated input modes. The isolated input offers 3750 Vrms isolation voltage, while the non-isolated input provides a programmable threshold voltage level. The module features a built-in digital filter applicable to both modes, effectively filtering out signals with high/low pulse widths smaller than the configured value.
This module supports up to 32-bit counting and 100 kHz frequency. It also features programmable alarm outputs with a non-isolated open collector design. The I-7080B adds a virtual battery backup for counter mode, while "D" models include a 5-digit, 7-segment LED display.
