Introduction
The ETS-2218H is a cybersecurity module providing 8-channel thermocouple inputs. Each channel features 100 Hz high-speed measurement and open wire detection. The module supports a wide range of thermocouple input types, including type J, K, T, E, R, S, B, N, C, L, M, and LDIN43710, with automatic cold-junction compensation (CJC) for each channel.
A built-in 2-port Ethernet switch supports daisy-chain topology, enabling flexible device deployment, simplified installation, and reduced infrastructure costs. To ensure stable operation in harsh industrial environments, the module features photo-isolation with 3000 Vrms transient overvoltage protection (no channel-to-channel isolation), as well as EMS protection (EFT/ESD/Surge) and 3000 VDC I/O isolation, significantly enhancing the system's anti-interference capabilities.
