Download the Latest Version of IoTstar or IoTstar 2025

1. Locate the product serial number for your copy of IoTstar or IoTstar 2025. You can find it on the label affixed to the cardboard insert  inside the product box.
2. Go to the download page for your product on the official IoTstar website:
   • IoTstar：https://iotstar.icpdas.com/en/download_index.php
   • IoTstar 2025：https://iotstar.icpdas.com/en/download_2025_index.php
3. Click "Download".
4. Enter your first name, last name, company, area, email address, and product serial number, then click "Send Software Link". Once your information has been verified, an email containing the download link will be sent to you.
5. Use the link in the email to download the latest installer. If you do not receive the email, check your quarantine and spam folders.

Install the Latest Version While Preserving Your Project Settings

1. Run the downloaded installer. If an older version of IoTstar is installed, you will be prompted to uninstall it first. Click "OK" and follow the instructions to remove the older version.
2. When asked whether to delete the project settings from the older version, be sure to select "No (N)" to preserve your existing settings.
3. Once the older version has been uninstalled, run the new installer again to begin installing the latest version.
4. Click "Next", specify the installation folder on the "Destination Folder" page, and then click "Install" to complete the installation.
