Introduction:
The iPPC-6831-IoT series is a Panel PC based on Windows 10 IoT Enterprise. It combines computing, I/O, and operator interface into a single unit, providing a perfect solution for integrating HMI, data acquisition, and control in an individual iPPC. Equipped with an Intel Atom E3845 CPU, TFT LCD, and a variety of connectivity options, including dual Gigabit Ethernet, USB ports, RS-232, and RS-485 interfaces. The operating system is pre-installed on a built-in mSATA SSD, with additional storage expansion available through a Compact Flash slot. Remote I/O expansion can be achieved using our Ethernet I/O modules and RS-485 I/O modules. The front panel is designed for panel-mount installation and is rated NEMA 4/IP65, making it resistant to water spray, humidity, and extreme dust. It is built to operate within a wide ambient temperature range of -20°C to 60°C. The fanless design ensures optimal reliability by eliminating moving parts.
