Introduction
The PET-2200 is the PoE version of the original ET-2200 series. In addition to supporting DC power supply, it also introduces PoE as a power option. Both versions share the same hardware specifications and software firmware. Customers can choose between the PET-2200 version with PoE+DC power supply or the ET-2200 version with only DC power supply based on their needs.
The (P)ET-2200 module is an IP-based Ethernet I/O monitoring and control module. It provides Ethernet connectivity and digital I/O functionality. It supports remote control through a 10/100 M Ethernet network using Modbus TCP/UDP protocols. The module also supports the I/O Pair-Connection function, enabling the creation of remote logical links between DI and DO through the Ethernet. Once configured, the module continuously monitors the local DI status and writes to remote DO devices using the Modbus TCP protocol. This is especially suitable for connecting digital I/O devices without Ethernet functionality.
