Introduction:
The iWSN-9601 split core CT series module is a wireless single-phase 6- loop AC power meter, providing one single-phase voltage input and a Max. 400A split core CT input across 6 circuits. It is ideal for measuring the power information of various equipment powered by the same single-phase AC source. The series includes four models, with the primary differences being measurement accuracy and the specifications of the CTs(current transformers) provided. These models are outlined as follows:
The iWSN-9601 series, by obtaining power from the voltage measurement signal while integrating wireless communication, significantly reduces wiring cost and shortens installation time. This makes it ideal for decentralized deployment and rapid installation. Additionally, utilizing Sub-GHz radio frequency bands and a data replenishment functionality enhances the wireless communication reliability of the iWSN-9601 series, particularly in space-limited factory environments with significant wireless signal blockage.
Considering maintenance and installation, the module employs a DIP switch for easy configuration, while its IP33 waterproof design and terminal block cover ensure that, even when installed outside a panel box, the device remains protected from short-circuit issues caused by fire sprinkler system activation. The built-in real-time clock(RTC) and the data timestamp design make the iWSN-9601 series particularly suitable for applications such as equipment or process power efficiency improvement, power information management, carbon emission calculations, predictive maintenance, and big data analysis for energy saving.
