ICP DAS hereby formally unveils the End of Life (EOL) notification that all the ZB-2000 series will be phased out of production at December 31, 2013. The suggested replacement devices are ZT-2000 series.
EOL Reason: the main component, ZigBee module, is stopped production.

Description:
The ZT-2000 series provides most of all functions of the ZB-2000 series, but the ZT-2000 series and the ZB-2000 series use different low level communication protocols. That is to say that the ZT-2000 series can’t communicate with all of the ZB-2000 series. The differences are listed in the following table.

Due to the high compatibility of the product functions, most of applications can directly use the ZT-2000 series to instead of ZB-2000 series without any modification. In order to reduce the impact of original applications, we will still supply the ZB-2000 series until the end of this year, and also do our best to help users to apply the ZT-2000 series in their original system.
