New Products
2019-01-31

Introduction:
ICP DAS provides a wide variety of USB to CAN product solutions that are highly recommended in the marketplace. These USB to CAN converters assist users to implement the communication between USB and CAN based networks. To meet the low cost requirement from our customers, ICPDAS provides a new USB to CAN converter solution – the tM-7565. The tM-7565 module is a tiny USB to CAN converter module that is suitable for narrow environments due to its small size. In addition, it is easy to use for CAN bus testing via a laptop as it has a USB interface. The tM-7565 module includes isolation on both power side and CAN bus side, and provides a faster performance than other USB to CAN modules. The tM-7565 functionality is fully compatible with the I-7565 module, and it also provides new functions such as listen only, which can be used to listen to CAN bus message and for error detection. Based on these features, the tM-7565 module is acost-effective and a practical solution for USB to CAN conversion.
Applications:

Utility:
The VxCAN Utility is a configuration, diagnostic and test software tool that is designed to unleash the power of all CAN products from ICP DAS. It is based on the Virtual CAN technique, which creates the virtual CAN ports to match the physical CAN interfaces of the installed products (Refer to the ICP DAS web site for more details related to the Virtual CAN technique VxCAN Driver).Consequently, it is no longer necessary to use various utilities or software interface to connecting to different CAN products. Users just need to focus on the project development and network diagnosis without concerning about what CAN product the system uses.
In order to satisfy requirements of various applications, the VxCAN Utility provides not only the functions of sending and receiving CAN messages, but also the functions for message trigger, group transmission and data record. Using these functions can help users to know what happen in the system network clearly, so that the system problems would be fixed more efficiently and simply.
