Introduction:

CANopen is one kind of the network protocols based on the CAN bus and mainly applied in embedded networks of machine control, such as industrial machine automation, factory automation, control of medical equipments, remote data acquisition, environmental monitoring and control of packaging machines.
The CAN-2060C module follows the CiA -301 version 4.02 and CiA-401 version 2.1, and has passed the validation of the CiA CANopen Conformance Test tool. You can use it with the standard CANopen master interface easily by applying the provided EDS file. Both the CAN-2054C and CAN-2060C offer the 8-channel isolation digital input and 8-channel isolation digital output. The main difference between these two modules is the type of digital output channels. The CAN-2054C is sink type, and the CAN-2060C is source type. Like the CAN-2054C, the CAN-2060C can be used in various applications, such as PNP, NPN, TTL and relay contact.
