The DL-1038-WF is a particle and gas measurement module designed to measure the concentration of aerosols such as PM1, PM2.5, and PM10, as well as particles counts (0.3μm, 0.5μm, 1μm, 2.5μm, 5μm, 10μm) in the air.
In addition, it can measure various gas concentrations that may be harmful to human health, including CO, CO2, and TVOC. The DL-1038-WF can also trigger an alarm when concentrations exceed predefined thresholds.
The module records PM1/2.5/10, CO, CO2, TVOC, temperature, humidity and dew point data with date and time stamps, and can store up to 160,000 records for download.
Real-time data can be accessed anytime via the free Windows utility, iOS app, or Android app, as long as the device is connected to the same local network as the Data Logger.
The DL-1038-WF series supports widely used communication protocols including DCON, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, and MQTT( for M2M/IoT applications). It provides communication interfaces such as RS-485, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and PoE, allowing easy integration into existing HMI or SCADA systems and simplifying maintenance in distributed control systems.
The DL-1038-WF series features IP43 protection and is designed for industrial applications in harsh environments. The rugged RJ-45 connector ensures secure and reliable operation, even under conditions of high vibration and shock.

Over time, accumulated particles may affect sensor accuracy. The DL-1038-WF supports replaceable dust filter patches, allowing easy replacement without uninstalling the device.
