Introduction:
The GW-7472-UL series is an EtherNet/IP adapter to Modbus RTU Master and Modbus TCP Client Gateway designed for data exchange between Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, and EtherNet/IP networks. It reads register data from Modbus RTU slaves and Modbus TCP servers and maps this data to the input registers of the EtherNet/IP scanner. The output data from the EtherNet/IP scanner are written back to the registers of Modbus RTU slaves and Modbus TCP servers via the GW-7472-UL series.
The GW-7472-UL series modules are UL certified and comply with strict safety standards including fire resistance, electrical protection, and durability. This ensures reliable operation and long-term stability across various environments. The UTA version features conformal coating technology, providing excellent resistance to moisture and salt spray, making it especially suitable for coastal and high-humidity environments.
