The (P)ET-2218H/S1, (P)ET-2218H-16/S1, and (P)ET-2218HS-16 are 8/16-channel Ethernet-based thermocouple input modules. Each channel supports high-speed measurements up to 100Hz and provide open wire detection.
These modules support a wide range of thermocouple types, including Type J, K, T, E, R, S, B, N, C, L, M, and LDIN43710, and feature automatic cold-junction compensation(CJC) on every channel to ensure accurate temperature measurement.
The modules are equipped with a built-in 2-port Ethernet switch, enabling daisy-chain topology. This design allows flexible system deployment, simplifies wiring, and reduces overall installation costs. In addition, the modules provide EMS protection(EFT/ESD/Surge) and 3000 VDC I/O isolation, enhancing noise immunity and reliability in harsh industrial environments.
