The ET-7258/PET-7258/ET-7259/PET-7259 is recently revised and re-launched with new specifications and features. The new I/O module comes with 2-port Ethernet switch and 8-channel AC/DC digital input. The overheating issue was resolved in this version.

The ET-7258/PET-7258/ET-7259/PET-7259 adopts HTML5-based web interface allowing monitoring and management activities to be performed on Android and iOS tablets and smartphones, as well as most PC and NB.

HTML5 is the fifth revision of the HTML standard. HTML stands for HyperText Markup Language. HTML5 is supported by nearly all web browsers on a number of platforms including Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, Android, and iOS; it does not require an additional plugin to be installed.

HTML 5 is the latest and greatest web technology; some of the older browsers such as IE8 and lower don’t have native support for the new HTML5 elements. If you are using an unsupported browser you will get an error message when viewing the web on the ET-7258/PET-7258/ET-7259/PET-7259 module.
