The file of the OS image is different depending on the version of the CPU board. Before downloading the file of the OS image, check the version of the CPU board you have.

The version of the CPU board can be found on the CPU board.

To check the version of the CPU board

Pull the CPU board out of the backplane. In CPU board, the version can be found here.
