NAPOPC_CE5 updates to version 2.30.

This version supports more I-8K, I-87K and ZigBee modules, and integrates the ViewPAC-2000, WinPAC-5000 and WinPAC-8000 series to use the same NAPOPC_CE5 by integrating the XW-board of WinPAC-5000.
