system is resident in the flash memory of the WinCon GM1 CPU module.
User's programs can be saved in external storage device, such as
Compact Flash card, USB drive or RAM by download through LAN or USB.
ICP DAS provides SDK to help user to implement application easily to
control i-8000, I-7000 series I/O modules by using Embedded Visual
C++. WinCon Utility is a built-in convenient tools for WinCon
system configuration, I/O configuration, system monitoring and software
update.
Another fantastic tool we provide to customers is a software package -
EzProg-I. EzProg-I contain 6 function modules: Ezconfig, EzGo, Ezmake,
EzHMI, EzLib & EzCore. Based on these function modules,
customers
can directly configure & test WinCon's I/O and motion control
module without additional programming effort. Moreover, EzProg-I also
simplify the I/O instruction and provide the I/O mapping table as PLC
system provide for machine maker or control system designer. As we
know, these users use PLC as the system implementation tool, now they
can use EzProg-I as the system development tool based on WinCon with
WinCE operation system; and with effective knowledge transfer, the
developers could easily shift from PLC programming to EzProg-I
programming. In addition to system configuration & programming
,
EzProg-I also provide many useful HMI ActiveX components for machine
maker or control system designer. Now they can integrate these HMI
components with the HMI design in an easy way. HMI component concept
also allows customers to re-use them in other system. It improves the
software programming productivity greatly.
EzProg-I is a total solution for system configuration, logic
programming & HMI design for machine maker or control system
designer. By this tool, PLC system engineers can easily transfer their
programming experience to ICP DAS's WinCon PAC solution. EzProg-I let
customer easily integrate PLC and IT technology. |

Microsoft Windows CE.Net platform. It can be applied and called by
eMbedded Visual C++ , 2003 Visual studio C#.NET and VB.NET on WinCE
.Net and newer platforms. Users can easily develop WinCE.NET
applications for the WinCon-8000 by using this toolkit. |

I/O, analog I/O and Virtual I/O( M/D/F/DB/C/T…etc.) for
I-8000 series modules and Virtual I/O to be used in the Wincon-8000
Embedded Controller. The EzConfig has built an essential DLL( EzCore)
functions designed for I-8000 series modules for the Microsoft Windows
CE.Net platform. It can be applied and called by eMbedded Visual C++ .
Users can easily develop WinCE.NET applications for the WinCon-8000 by
using this toolkit. |
