Introduction
LinCon/LinPAC series equips variant connectivity function such as USB, Ethernet, RS-232/RS-485.
Ethernet:
Ethernet is the IEEE 802.3 series standard, based on the CSMA/CD access method that provides two or more stations to share a common cabling system, and it's a physical and data link layer technology for local area networks (LANs). For LinPAC series, the available Ethernet I/O devices are ET-6000, ET-7000, I-8KE4/8 and I-8KE4/8-MTCP. They support DCON or Modbus/TCP communication protocol. |

RS-485:
RS-485 is a telecommunications standard for binary serial communications between devices. The LinPAC series built-in RS-485 COM ports enable the communication baudrate up to 115.2 kbps. The medium for connection is a twisted-pair, multi-drop, 2-wire RS-485 network that can link I-7000, M-7000, RU-87Pn and high profile I-87K modules. |
