    The ICP DAS KinCon (KinCon-8045/8345/8745) is a WinCE based SoftLogic PAC, with Windows CE OS and popular, flexible programming software: KW-software, Microsoft EVC++ and VS.NET 2003(VB.NET & C#.NET). KinCon supports KW-software, with multitasking & online change features, which can fast design multitasking real time PLC control system, and online change PLC tasking. These features let the world leading automation companies (such as ABB, Fuji, Hitachi, Mitsubishi, KukaˇK) rely on for years. KinCon supports ProVisIT machine visualization, which is a low cost
alternative to HMI and VB programming. It features with hierarchic mapping of screens and available in Traditional/ Simplified Chinese, English, GermanˇKlanguage. Conjugating with Touch panel (GA-700YY-UOM/USB), itˇ¦s a complete and integrated HMI automation system.

  • Supports KW-MULTIPROG 4.0 IEC61131 design system,,
  •   which has 32 bit interface and supports distributed control system. It includes the languages: IL, ST, LD, FBD, SFC & MSFC with integrated diagnosis. Hundreds of function blocks were built-in for various application designing.
  • With logic analyzer,

    user can analyze the logic of procedure, generate a curve-diagraph by recording variables, and pre-check the result before leading in the procedure.

  • Built-in KW-ProConOS SoftLogic, does support fast multitasking,
  •   interrupts and up to 16 PLC tasks preemptivescheduling. Each PLC task can be set a watchdog for supervision. Incase of a realtime violation an additional associated user program can be executed.

    K-8045 with 0 IO-slot supports RS-485 Remote IO Units; K-8345/8745 with 3 / 7 IO-slots support I-8K & I-87K I/O boards. There are more than 50 selections including DI, DO, AI, AO, Relay, Counter, frequency, Thermo-couple, RTD, thermistor, MotionˇK. More I/O can be expanded by I-7000/I-87K series remote I/O modules or M-7000 series I/O via RS-485 port.

    1 VGA port for monitor, dual USB ports for USB mouse, HD etc., dual 10/100m Ethernet ports for higher network performance, 1CF slot for CF card, and 1 Rotary switch for multitasking switching. It is easy, familiar to everyone with its PC-like Windows environment.
