New Function: Win-GRAF XPAC Redundancy
A Redundant System For Better Safety And Easy Maintenance
More and more applications and systems for the device monitoring and control focus their requirements on the system safety and maintenance recently. After the entire system is on-lined, when the operating time increases, sometimes the devices may encounter unexpected accident that might cause the system to shut down for several days, or might cause more serious damage to the devices or cause significant disaster. The costs incurred for maintenance and manpower may be very large. In order to avoid such a situation occurs, it's better to design the system as a redundant system (such as: using the Win-GRAF XPAC of ICP DAS) for better safety and easy maintenance in the beginning......more
Software Upgrade: GRP-520 3G Gateway support RTU Center, FTP, and Email function.
The GRP-520 provided by ICP DAS is a 3G gateway for Ethernet or serial port. With optional GPS model, the GRP-520 can also be a GPS tracking system. It can be used in M2M application fields to transfer the data of remote I/O and Modbus or video of the camera via 3G/2G. With a high performance CPU, the GRP-520 series can handle a large of data and are suit for use in harsh industrial environments. The GRP-520 series has 3G module, Ethernet interface, and optional GPS module. Now, we provide new feature “RTU Client” function in GRP-520, it can push remote I/O data to Server instantly. In addition, GRP-520 now also supports sending report I/O log file via FTP or Email......more

WISE in the Application of Aquaculture
In recent years, due to global fisheries have been overfished, the marine resources is getting depleted rapidly. The development of capture fisheries is getting limited and the aquaculture production continues to be fast growing for being eco-friendly and sustainable. With the advances in technology and rising labor costs, greater levels of automation such as monitoring of environment in water temperature, oxygen content and pH value, etc. are gradually introduced into aquaculture production applications to reduce cost and improve the production. By using WISE-5801, you can always monitor the aquaculture ponds and perform routine control operations in accordance with the schedule. In addition, WISE-5801 is equipped with SMS sending function (for alarm report) and SMS command receiving function. Even in the absence of network connection, it still can perform two-way interactions to implement tasks in real-time. (more...)
ICP DAS Solution for Cryogenic Storage Tanks Monitoring
A major cryogenic liquefied gas supplier in Romania has storage tanks installed at their customers’ premises all over the country. The supplier company wants to be able to see in real-time the remaining stock of product in their tanks, in order to improve the supply chain. Data transmission will be made via GPRS. In addition, SMS alarms should be sent when a fault occurs.
Cryogenic liquefied gases are stored in special pressurised storage tanks at very low temperatures, down to -180°C, for example liquefied nitrogen, oxygen, argon, etc. Tank content measurement is made by a specially calibrated differential pressure transmitter with 4..20 mA output signal which will be fed in to the Analog Input of the M2M controller.(more...)
