New Product: CAN-2053, DI Module of CCON Slave
16-ch isolated DI module

The CCON protocol is one of the application layer protocol on the CAN bus. It was developed by the ICP DAS. The CCON protocol is a simple and effective protocol for industrial automation applications. Based on the CAN bus layer, it could provide many safe and robust communication mechanisms like arbitration, error detection, error correction and etc. It could help to establish CAN network applications fast and easily. For more information about the CCON protocol.......more

New Product : I-8026W
High-speed Multifunction Module

The I-8026W is a multifunction module that includes 6 analog input channels, 2 analog output channels, 2 digital input channels and 2 digital output channels. It provides a programmable input range on all analog input (±10 V, ±5 V ±2.5, ±1.25, ±20 mA (Jumper Select) ); analog outputs are 12 bit at ±10 V, ±5 V, 0 ~ 10 V, 0 ~ 5 V ,0 ~ 20mA. Each analog input can be configured for an individual range and provides a high overvoltage protection of 240 Vrms. Voltage and current inputs/outputs are jumper selectable......more

New Product:GW-7473
Modbus Slave to EtherNet/IP Scanner Gateway

The GW-7473 (Modbus TCP/RTU Slave to EtherNet/IP Scanner Gateway) is helpful for data-exchanging between Modbus Master and EtherNet/IP adapter. It reads the register data from the EtherNet/IP adapter and publishes these data to the input register data of the Modbus TCP client as well as Modbus RTU Master. The output data transmitted by the Modbus TCP/RTU Master are updated to the register data of EtherNet/IP adapter. In order to save the installation space, the GW-7473 is also offered in an amazing tiny form-factor that makes it easy to be installed in anywhere, even directly being attached to a serial device or embedded into a machine......more

PISO-CM100U LabVIEW driver (PISO-CM100U program development toolkit)

CAN(Controller Area Network) is a serial communication protocol with a high degree of security. It is especially suit to distributed real-time system control and monitoring, such as industrial machine control, factory automation, medical equipment, building automation, remote data acquisition and control, and environment monitoring…etc. ICP DAS provides NI LabVIEW 8.5 or newer driver for PISO-CM100U. This driver can help users to establish CAN applications of LabVIEW easily and reduce the development time......more

New Release : The PISO-CPM100U supports CANopen driver of the LabVIEW software

In order to implement the CANopen application with NI LabVIEW software, ICPDAS provides a set of LabVIEW components of the PISO-CPM100U. With a few simple steps, the users could easily access the remote CANopen slaves and rapidly develop the CANopen applications. By applying the CANopen components, the users would simplify the architecture of the CANopen projects and reduce the complexity of applications. With various analysis tools like the trend and statistic chart in LabVIEW, the users can build a variety of HMI and enhance the stability of the application systems......more

RU-87Pn firmware updated to Version A4.01

No more I/O address or software modification when upgrading from an I-87Kn to an RU-87Pn. The new A4.01 firmware of RU-87Pn allows using the same addresses for the I/O modules without modifying the existing software when performing upgrade from an I-87Kn to an RU-87Pn. The user applications can then have access to Hot Swap, Auto-Configuration and other useful features and functions......more

WISE in the Application of Aquaculture
In recent years, due to global fisheries have been overfished, the marine resources is getting depleted rapidly. The development of capture fisheries is getting limited and the aquaculture production continues to be fast growing for being eco-friendly and sustainable. With the advances in technology and rising labor costs, greater levels of automation such as monitoring of environment in water temperature, oxygen content and pH value, etc. are gradually introduced into aquaculture production applications to reduce cost and improve the production. By using WISE-5801, you can always monitor the aquaculture ponds and perform routine control operations in accordance with the schedule. In addition, WISE-5801 is equipped with SMS sending function (for alarm report) and SMS command receiving function. Even in the absence of network connection, it still can perform two-way interactions to implement tasks in real-time. (more...)

ICP DAS Solution for Cryogenic Storage Tanks Monitoring
A major cryogenic liquefied gas supplier in Romania has storage tanks installed at their customers’ premises all over the country. The supplier company wants to be able to see in real-time the remaining stock of product in their tanks, in order to improve the supply chain. Data transmission will be made via GPRS. In addition, SMS alarms should be sent when a fault occurs. Cryogenic liquefied gases are stored in special pressurised storage tanks at very low temperatures, down to -180°C, for example liquefied nitrogen, oxygen, argon, etc. Tank content measurement is made by a specially calibrated differential pressure transmitter with 4..20 mA output signal which will be fed in to the Analog Input of the M2M controller.(more...)

ICP DAS Solution for Water Treatment Monitoring
A major water company in Romania intends to upgrade one of their water treatment station in order to have a better view of the whole treatment process. The project requires real –time monitoring of water parameters on the whole process chain, including flow rate, pH, turbidity, tank levels, dosing, and filtration process parameters. The water company requests 24/7 system availability, data acquisition from harsh remote locations up to 5 miles away from the control center, HMI access both locally and remotely via Internet, and re-using some of the existing infrastructure, for ex. fiber optic, sensors, PLCs, etc. (more...)
