ICPDAS NEW Product¡GPISO-DNS100 DeviceNet Multi-Slave PCI Board (compatible with Windows 95/98/2K/XP)

DeviceNet is a simple and opened network solution. It can efficiently reduce the wiring cost and the system setting time. ICP DAS is now releasing the PISO-DNS100 to provide users the DeviceNet slave solution for PC-based applications. PISO-DNS100 makes a PC become a virtual DeviceNet slave station. The remote master device can exchange data with the PC via DeviceNet network. It has a built-in 80186-80M Hz CPU with DeviceNet slave protocol runs on it. PISO-DNS100 communicates with PCI bus through DPRAM. Therefore, it not only reduces the system loading, but also provides a highly efficient control method. In addition, we offer a multifunction software tool, function library and demos to help users quickly build up their DeviceNet system on PISO-DNS100 under different development environments such as BCB, VB, and VC, etc. For more DeviceNet solutions, ICP DAS also provides a variety of DeviceNet master PCI boards to meet specific requirements. Please refer to the website below: http://www.icpdas.com/products/Remote_IO/can_bus/can_list.htm#3

By DNS Toolkit (our exclusively software tool with graphical interface; currently provided free of charge), the users can configure the virtual DeviceNet slave station easily. This toolkit offers lots of functions for convenient management operations, such as adding and removing virtual devices or changing the PISO-DNS100 baud rate. It could also dynamically create EDS file. This toolkit allows your current settings to be exported for use on other PISO-DNS100 boards, or import pre-existing settings from others. These features enable you to develop applications for customers easily and dramatically reduce development time and cost.

PISO-DNS100 provides a cost-effective DeviceNet solution that helps users design their virtual DeviceNet slave stations with flexible I/O data deployment. The users could build up a steady system in the shortest time. The following feature demonstrates a typical DeviceNet network architecture:
