WinPAC

Our WinPAC takes Window CE. Net as an operating system, upgrades CPU to PXA 270 that highly raises the processing power. Win PAC series support more complex applications and satisfy customers’ demands of different fields. In the future, we are going to present advanced embedded industrial platform (500 MHz, X86 standard) in order to offer diversified choices for our customer!

USB-87Pn/RU-87Pn

Both of intelligent remote I/O modules-Ethernet and intelligent I/O modules-USB support over 30 kinds of modules. Plus two powerful functions-hot swap and auto-configuration, Our I/O modules create the easy-to-set up and inspect system. You just need to connect your computer with our I/O expansions. It just needs only one step, you can set up the whole system. Moreover, even when maintaining, the operator can replace a new module without shut-down. i-7015P

i-7015P is our newly-launched product of our i-7000 modules. It is designed for temperature measurement plus wide connection with 6 input channels. In order to reduce the signal collapse, we develops auto-compensation to double the delivering distance. Moreover, i-7015P supports several kinds of RTD, has passed 4000V ESD protection and fits in with all kinds of rough industrial environment.

CANbus, PROFIBUS

ICP DAS offers many complete solutions for industrial communication. Except for RS-485, RS-232, USB and Ethernet which exist in Taiwan market for a long time, we support two international industrial communication protocols for our lots of products. Differed from other local Taiwan enterprise, we offer international industrial communication protocols to connect with the worldwide.

As for integration and communication, ICP DAS presents several products including universal PCI multi-port cards, ZigBee switches, and programmable device servers (PDS).

Our universal PCI cards work with 3.3V and 5V PCI bus, which is called VXC-144U. ZigBee is a new wireless technology which Motorola, Philips and other worldwide enterprises have developed in recent years. ICP DAS follows this trend to present RS-485 to ZigBee switches. ZigBee is not only without time-lag situation that the internet happens often, but also adds the advantage of super low power consumption to associate with seamless connection and high safety communication.

In order to satisfy the demand of our customers, ICP DAS programmable device server (PDS) upgrades our devices to offer up to 8 com ports. Our PDS also boosts substantially CPU speed, doubles the memory, and integrates digital inputs and outputs. ICP DAS PDS meets not only the need of simply connecting devices, but also the desire to make every thought into reality.

Embedded PC :
The newly-released Vision Box features a fanless platform which can be paired with MAVIS IEEE 1394 camera and ET-M8194H, an Ethernet I/O expansion unit, to implement an AOI application. The whole system not only has vision capability to increase productivity but also runs Windows XP embedded as OS which keeps the system itself to work steadily for a long time. Vision Box has two versions, one for general purpose of vision inspection, and the other for high-speed applications. Furthermore, Vision Box offers a built-in, standard PCI bus for extensional purposes. Vision Box is the NO.1 choice for machine control and vision inspection.

Windows CE 5.0

With our newly-released product PAC, we create a perfect machine automation solution to expand your imagination. Our PAC- W-8x8x-GM1 is for machine control, built in Windows CE 5.0 and it also can be with Smart Camera. It is the best choice for machine control.
