Happy Chinese New Year! The entire staffs of ICP DAS would like to take
this opportunity to express a warm Thank You! We are grateful for having
such good supporters like you, who make our work satisfying and enjoyable.
The Chinese new year of 2008 is getting closer and closer. The origin of the Lunar New Year Festival can be traced back thousands of years, involving a series of colorful legends and traditions. One of the most famous one is Nian, an extremely cruel and ferocious monster, that the ancients believed it would devour people on New Year's Eve; therefore, people pasted red-paper couplets on doors, lit the torches, stayed awake all night with their families and set off firecrackers throughout the night to fight against Nian. Nian was finally scared away and in early next morning, the feelings of happiness and renewal filled the air due to the triumph, and afterwards, the most popular greeting word is "congratulations". This legend presents the spirits of persistence and courage, which are values ICP DAS would like to carry over year by year.
ICP DAS would also like to inform you of the exciting new products and
events coming up soon this year. For I/O card series, a multi-function
PCI-827LU will be released with high level of specifications, such as,
250KHz sampling rate, 16-bit A/D, and lots of channels for different usage.
For I/O unit, we will release USB-87Pn, and it features USB communication
interface, hot swap, and most of all, this I/O unit can expand its functions
by putting in any kind of modules as you want, just full of elasticity.
For the PAC, the CPU of wincon series will be upgraded to PXA270 520MHz.
As to the events, there will be at least 4 seminars and exhibitions through
the year. There are lots more new products and events to go. Welcome to
