Power on value
When the I-8000E power on, the analog/digital output modules go to their preset power on value.
Safe value
If the I-8000E looses the modbus communication for a while, the watchdog rises and all analog/digital
modules go to their preset safe values. At the meanwhile, the L3 LED on the pannel flashs.
