1.14 update function：

1. The new function CAN_GetCardPortNum() can get the CAN port number before the CAN_ActiveBoard() function is called.
   
   
2. The new CAN Utility is more powerful and more friendly：
   
   A. It provides 8 kinds of baud rates, and user-defined baud rate.
   B. The message records of send list are increased from 8 to 20 items.
   C. ID Mask function let users ignore useless CAN messages.
   D. Data Format function can transfer CAN message format from hex to decimal or to ASCII.
   E. Supports message cyclic transmission.
   F. Save/Load the transmission list, ID Mask list, and Data Format list setting of CAN Utility.
   G. The received data can be saved to a *.txt file and the number of maximum data record is 20000 CAN
        messages.
