    泓格WinCon-8000整合新趨勢， 即時監控實現無遠弗屆自動化監控新里程!

嵌入式控制器製造大廠泓格科技在10月份與國內首家以發展「訊息導向仲介軟體」(MOM, Message-Oriented Middleware) 技術的艾揚科技，就泓格新一代工業控制器”WinCon-8000”遠距即時傳訊解決方案簽訂一項合作發展計畫，未來艾揚iPush^® Embedded即時傳訊軟體將直接納入WinCon控制器的標準配備，而這項應用的未來發展將朝向遠距網路即時傳訊與通信模式選擇多元化發展。  

在今年9月Computex臺北國際電腦展中，泓格首次將結合iPush server網際通信功能的WinCon-8000控制器做實地展示，會場中以WinCon-8000作為鐵道交控系統主控制器並連結觸控式人機介面(HMI)，透過iPush server即時傳訊功能將火車運行狀態與交通狀況，即時主動地透過無限區域網路傳遞到遠端的電腦、PDA、甚至是 GPRS 手機等各式接收讀取裝置；無論是簡訊、語音通知、影像傳輸、E-mail、Message、主動廣播、多重廣播(multicast)、通信頻率、單向或雙向通信….等等不同通信方式，或監控系統、Excel、PDA、手機、Internet瀏覽器….等等接收端具有多樣選擇的特性，使WinCon-8000嵌入式控制器為自動化產業遠距即時監控提供「一次解決」的最佳方案。

    更新 Modbus 嵌入式控制器

I-8000-MTCP 提供了一個 LED 表單 讓使用者可以利用 LED 和按鈕
來設定類比輸入(Analog input) 的期望值。根據此期望值，modbus 軔体 (firmware) 
就可以自動計算出類比輸入的補償值，來消除訊號的雜訊。

PIO-D168 providing 168 TTL digital I/O lines is released now.

The PIO-D168 provides 168 TTL digital I/O lines. It consists of seven 24-bit connectors. Each 24-bit connector supports three 8-bit ports, which are PA, PB and PC. Each 8-bit port can be configured as input or output independently. • New features of ISaGRAF controllers:

•    PISO-DA2 providing 2 Channels of isolated 12-bit D/A is now released.

Besides, the output terminals of the PISO-DA2 are two sets of 9-pin D-type female connectors.  For easy application, we also offer the daughter board (DB-8425) for simple wire signal connection. According to the development tool, we provide the driver for Win9X, WinNT, Win2000/XP as well.  Furthermore, we  provide a lot of demo programs for VB, Borland C++ Builder, and Delphi developement environment in order to help user to launch the programming skill.

•    ICP DAS's new USB to RS-232 Converter is coming,

Previously, a standard RS-232 interface was used in most industrial device systems.

However, new computers or laptops have reduced the use of the RS-232 interface or have simply removed it.

The USB interface has gradually replaced the RS-232 interface.

Our I-7560 module is a USB-to-RS232 converter, providing a solution to problems caused by the lack of an RS-232 interface.

Because the slim form factor and dual LED display design, it is the best companion of I-8000 compact embedded controller.(Please see the Application Illustration2)

ICP DAS signed a Cooperative Agreement  with InduSoft, which defined that as InduSoft's strategic partner,  Asian customers who purchase InduSoft's Worldwide Support would be receiving first line support from ICP DAS. In addition, paid trainings could be provided per customers' request.

Bundled driver of I-7000, I-8000 and I-87K series remote modules

for InduSoft Web Studio is available now. By this driver, user can

easily use tag template of InduSoft to access remote modules

without writing any program. In addition, we also provide following

solutions for InduSoft SCADA software:(1) OPC server,

(2)DDE server, (3)IsaGraf softPLC, (4) Modbus/TCP or Modbus RTU

Embedded Controller. For details information, please refer to

The MiniOS7 utility is used for the essential configuration and

download the programs to the products embedded in the ICP DAS MiniOS7.

The utility is similar to the 7188xw.exe(Windows console for Win32),and the 7188x.exe

(windows console for Win98), however it can be used in the Microsoft Windows environment,

rather than a  window console environm

Update News

IxPCI 0.6.0 has been released, which gives support to the model
PCI-TMC12.  This version also fixed a bug that caused kernel
unable to handle a NULL pointer when interrupting.

An interrupting bug has been fixed. The bug might cause a kernel
panic since the kernel was unable to handle a NULL pointer when
interruping and the IxPIO KLM was once unloaded.
The fixed version has been released as 0.12.1 .

DAQ-card driver for DASYLab is available now. Currently, we support all of PCI DAQ cards and later we will support all of ISA DAQ cards.  User can download driver from our webside. http://www.icpdas.com/products/software/dasylab/dasylab.htm Application procedure is as below:

(1)  Install hardware into your system;

(2)  Install hardware driver into your system(DLL drivre);

(3)  Install MICPDAS.DLL driver into your system;

(4)  Refer to Operation manual of DAQ-card driver for DASYLab to drive hardware in DASYLab.

Note: that your system needs to have DASYLab software in advance.　

Linux Update  

The IxPIO 0.12.0 has been released, which gives support to the
PIO-DA16/DA8/DA4 models. This driver accepts user analog patterns
for arbitrary waveform outputs.

Now you can easily receive GPS messages and transmit data to a remote host via GSM using a cost affected I-7188XA embedded controller.

We provide C function and demos that demonstrate how you can use this function to receive GPS message and transmit data via a GSM module. You can also adjust the I-7188XA’s RTC via the UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) of the GPS receiver. The demo program also demonstrates how to use the I-7188XA’s 7 segments LED as a simple HMI, to show the latitude, longitude, UTC etc.

The demo program for GSM function shows how you to transmit the acquired data via SMS (Short Message Service) or data link.
