?? Q: How do I change the virtual COM port mapping on the fly without using the VxComm Utility?

 Ans:
 The VxComm Driver for NT and 2K/XP uses the VxComCfg.DLL to export functions and  import 
 configuration from a given file.

 An article - VxComCfg.txt to describe the VxComCfg.DLL, has been installed into the
 "C:\Program Files\7188E\VxComm2K\VxComCfg" directory after the driver setup. 
 VB examples and other materials can be found besides in the same location. 
 Please refer to them for further information.
