Error Title: Error Starting Program Error Message: A required .DLL file, XXXX.DLL, was not found. The user can know what .DLL files are missing. Copy the specific .DLL files into the system folder of Windows will solve this problem. In general, the system folder is: C:\Windows\system (for Windows 95/98) Or C:\WinNT\System32 (for Windows NT)
