UA-2641M : 2 Ethernet Ports IIoT Communication Server (Quad-core ARM CPU)

Introduction:

ICP DAS new product UA-2641M is an IIoT Communication Server with quad-core ARM CPU and 2 Ethernet ports. UA features the data concentrator and IIoT gateway functions that can easily integrate IT and OT system devices, accelerate cloud integration, and simplify the deployment of the Industrial IoT. It will save the cost and time of system integration for users.

UA-2641M is built-in with  OPC UA Server, RESTful Service, SNMP Agent, and MQTT Broker/Client functions. The UA system architecture can connect to MES, ERP, Cloud services in the IT field, and SCADA software in the OT field. Through Modbus TCP/RTU/ASCII, MQTT, or EtherNet/IP communication protocol, UA access and control the data of remote I/O modules and controllers in factories or buildings. And then convert the data to IT or industrial control systems or software for monitoring, cloud integration, network APP or database application, and other needs.


 

Features:

• Built-in OPC UA Server, the industrial communication standard: connect IT with OT, integrate devices to the Cloud, achieve cross-platform monitoring. Support Identity Authentication (ID/PWD, Certificate), Data Encryption (SSL/TLS) … security and protection.
• Built-in MQTT, the IoT transmission technology: The client actively publishes the data to the built-in or external Broker, and the Broker informs other Clients. It can save energy consumption and network transmission.
• Support Device Communication Protocols: Modbus RTU/TCP/ASCII, MQTT, EtherNet/IP…, to integrate various communication devices.
• Provides SNMP Agent function, allowing IT officers real-time monitor/control the device data on the UA through the SNMP protocol.
• Provides RESTful API Web service interface: Store the device data on the UA in JSON format. Allow external access via HTTP protocol.
• Support Local Data Logger / Remote Databases: LOG file as CSV format; remote databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, MariaDB… 
• Support IFTTT Condition Trigger for devices connecting to web-based apps and sending alarm notifications to LINE, Twitter, Calendar, Mail, Weibo, etc. The IFTTT has supported  more than 500 Apps.
• Support IoT Cloud Platforms: Connect to Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, IBM Bluemix, or other IoT Cloud platforms to send over the I/O data for  Big Data analysis.
• Provide Function Wizard: the “Step Box” in the Web UI can guide users step by step to complete the project or function.
